Today-on September 4, the first class hours of the 2023-2024 academic year began in 10,160 schools in the system of the Ministry of preschool and school education. In the current academic year, more than 700,000 children were admitted to the 1st grade of secondary schools.

They were presented with presidential gifts consisting of 12 types of educational weapons, a school bag, a complex of textbooks.

Organized with the participation of more than 6.5 million students studying in secondary schools, the first call events were attended by the Minister of preschool and school education, ministry officials, representatives of local municipalities and the general public, neighborhood activists, students and their parents.

At the events, active readers raised the flag of our country under the sounds of the national anthem.
