The “New Teachers of Uzbekistan” project helps teachers share their experience, working methods and achievements. This helps not only to attract talented specialists, but also to create a network for the effective exchange of knowledge and best practices.

- attract teacher educators from regions with high quality education to teach in schools located in low-quality and remote (red) areas;
- introduction of special bonuses to the basic tariff rates of these teacher educators.
