On October 17, the launch ceremony of specialized "RoboCraft" robotics courses was held at three Barkamol Avlod schools.

The courses are opened at the Barkamol Avlod schools of the Sergeli, Yashnabad and Yakkasaray districts of the city of Tashkent as part of the implementation of the Five Initiatives of the President of Uzbekistan and the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically increase the effectiveness of afterschool education in the public education system."

"RoboCraft" is a specialized course where every child who wishes can learn how to design and program robots. The founders of this course offer an innovative approach to the training system and focus on modern educational models.

Courses are based on the STEAM methodology. This model of education helps students not only gain knowledge, but also instantly apply them in practice. According to the developers of the "RoboCraft" courses, such a technique will help develop the necessary knowledge and skills of young students, which in the future will allow them to easily adapt to the professional environment.

"RoboCraft" courses are a product of a public-private partnership.

The project was implemented jointly with the "Center for Innovation, Technology and Strategy" under the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and private investors.

"Barkamol Avlod" Centers were equipped with all the necessary equipment for conducting the courses, which will make the learning process easy, technological, accessible and interesting.

At the initial stage, these courses give students an opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of programming, learn the basics of mechatronics, computer science, robotics, etc. This is how they get the primary knowledge and the necessary skills of algorithmization, and learn how to manage their own robots.

By developing their communication skills, professional competencies, creative and systemic thinking, students will become successful citizens of the digital era, the true leaders of the future.

In November of current year, it is planned to open a course in the Chilanzar district.
